“Breathwork is the process of revealing ourselves, to ourselves” ~ Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery founder Alakh Analda

Experience a weekend immersion of safe, supported, gentle breathwork in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Deeply rewire and unwind stored stress, integrate past material stored in the body, and anchor new energy toward deep connection to your most authentic self.

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is a gentle, parasympathetic breath practice that was founded by Alakh Analda as a tool for deconditioning and reprogramming to consciously create the life that we wish to live. Using conscious, connected, full breathing you can access spiritual, mental, physical and emotional levels of experience, clearing and reprogramming at the level of the cellular memory. This style of breathwork cultivates safety in the body through the nervous system, clearing subconscious material and bringing you closer to your intentions for living the life you desire to live.

Through 4 RBM sessions, you will experience high levels of support and self-mastery, as you are fully trusted to go where your breath takes you, without any force or agenda. With each session, your breath and body move you, step by integrated step, closer to your intentions.

There are no contraindications to this style of breathwork; it is absolutely safe for everyone.

Enjoy two nights in the splendor of the mountains while being nourished by delicious organic, vegan/vegetarian meals prepared here at Menla. If you have any food allergies or needs, please contact them to make sure you can be accommodated.

One day commuter rates available! If you would like to attend just the Saturday program please email frontdesk@menla.org to book!

Weekend retreat stay
The property is on a beautiful, peaceful location.
Nature is all around and sometimes a little too close but you are literally surrounded by woods.

The food was really good and I liked the buffet style and fruit basket.

The gift shop although small had a nice selection of items and I purchased a few fun items.

Since the dining area was on the opposite side of the site from the convention center, a lot of students drove back and forth on the property. I chose the walking paths to get around.

Lovely
I had a fascinating and enlightening experience during an “Energy squared Reiki,” class at Menlo this past week. The grounds, rooms, facilities amenities and spa at Menla were all beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The food was delicious and nourishing. I can say only good things about both Menla and the program I attended, and would wholeheartedly recommend both.
