Beach Retreat

That’s a beach retreat, and it meets our desire for spiritual growth, while at the same time letting us give in to our pleasure-seeking minds and sun-loving bodies. Don’t you think that the first person who travelled for pleasure, must have travelled to a beach? And don’t forget that yoga, meditation, and plant medicine traditions have thrived for millenia in hot, sunny climates. Whether you want to spend time in the sun with your partner. My inspiration is to find some very much needed solace away from the stress of raising 4 children, working (as a dietitian) and trying to get my private nutrition counseling practice launched.
