Meditation Retreats

Meditation is the practice of settling the mind and allowing the natural clarity of awareness to dawn. This clarity is often obscured by our habits, fear, and speed. When we lean into our minds and look closer, we discover an unshakeable ground of goodness, wisdom and compassion. Like looking at a muddy glass of water, if you place it down and allow it to settle, the sediment will relax to the bottom and the innate clarity of the water will be revealed.
