Great weekend with the safety to explore the inside.
Before I left for Sweden, I had doubts. I knew I was struggling with deep childhood traumas, but admitting it and facing the consequences was challenging.
The environment and ceremonies created by Naysha and her team made the whole weekend a safe and very comfortable place to explore my inner self.
It was my first experience with Ayahuasca, and though it was painful, I had great support to face it.
Since then, I have been able to feel some very limiting emotions that were always hidden behind thoughts and logic. They still have some control over me but feeling them now makes it possible to admit I have them and take the next steps.
