About this Retreat
Shani Mayer (Creator and Movement Specialist).
Originally from Israel, Shani has over 20 years of professional dance experience, including 11 years as a Brazilian Zouk instructor.
She is a certified yoga instructor who holds a degree in psychology. Building on years of experience guiding the body through movement, she has developed a new approach: using the connection of breath and touch to explore deeper levels of the Self.
A believer in movement as a healing modality, Shani uses Brazilian Zouk and mindful movement to encourage further understanding of ourselves, and our connection with others, and to awaken our communication with our higher Self.
She fascilitates and serves as part of the Ayaruna Medicine Family in Mexico
Her Training in Biomagnetism and several dietas with shipido masters such as Celestina and Juanita allows her to create
and facilitates safe spaces where people can grow, heal and transform.
With the gift of melting hearts, when Ale sings she embodies all the characteristics of Bhakti and devotion.
Having grown up with her father as a Kirtan player it has been a path that comes naturally to her. A space holder in Cacao, Kirtan, Temazcal, and many other ceremonies it is an honor to have her as part of the Masters team.
Certified in Biomagnetism and Breathing work therapies, Pamela began her journey with sacred medicines in 2006 with the church of Santo Daime.
Later, she joined the Red Path in the Ixachilatlan fire performing different initiations such as vision quests.
She continued her way to Peru where she learned from the Shipibo Masters Dieting various plants .
She has been facilitating at the Arkana Spiritual center since 2015 as facilitation support in the Sacred Valley Tribe Center in
Pisac, Sacred Valley.
Currently works with the sacred medicines as part of Ayaruna Medicine Family in Mexico
Sasaba Zazopoulos
Chilean-Greek, clinical psychologist, yoga teacher, musician, writer and medicine woman. She has been working with diets and master plants since 2017, in different centers in Tarapoto, Yurimaguas and Puerto Maldonado. In 2019 she worked at the Takiwasi center as a psychologist, giving yoga classes to patients before the ceremonies and learning the work with Ayahuasca. Since 2020 she has lived in the La Pacha community, www.sacredvalleytribe.com in Pisac, which has been a great school, at the service of medicine, holding space in ceremonies of Ayahuasca , retreats and diets. She has served Ayahuasca in Chile, France, Germany and Greece, where she is actually organizing two retreats every year.
