Hi, I am Renate (35), single mother of a boy and always trying to be a better mother for him, and more loving and compassionate towards myself and the people around me.
In my gene keys, my vocation and life’s work are universal love and empathy. This can really be felt by the people around me, and those who come to the Truly Loving Center. It shows in the wisdom I can share, that I work from the heart (which is my SQ/heart in the gene keys). Apart from that, I also sing from the heart during the plant medicine journeys. I can also speak light language, which activates whatever needs activation in your system. I am also following a healing course, where I learn to deepen my connection to my guides and work together with them on gaining clarity and activating healing in your body.
After I was asked to start guiding ayahuasca ceremonies at another center, I was also asked to take ayahuasca and ask the medicine for clarity about myself as a guide. I had a long and difficult journey, but there was just one very short moment where I felt that the medicine told me that I am already guiding energetically anyway, so ‘doing’ the guiding during ceremonies would make perfect sense. A whole journey, and the answer was given to me in just a few seconds!
The ‘guiding’ works through in all parts of my life and not just my work as a plant medicine guide. I find myself getting complimented about being an inspiration to others around me.
During your plant medicine ceremony, I will:
- Give instructions on how to navigate through your journey.
- Provide a safe and loving space for you to be yourself and show your vulnerability.
- Be present with you.
- Make general teachings relatable and understandable with examples from my own life.

We want to give you the opportunity to bringing the lessons you learned from your Ayahuasca experience into effect into your future life. During your journey, everything can be very clear for you. However, when you step back into your daily routine, it is very easy to fall back into old habits.
Online coaching
During coaching calls, I personally guide you through your integration process. You can discuss everything you encounter and struggle with and I will tailor your integration process to your specific needs and your life’s journey. Even if it's just one call, I can give you a new perspective on your struggles within yourself or your life.
I understand everyone is unique. I have found during the time that I'm guiding Ayahuasca ceremonies, however, that the overall themes are the same for everyone. Apart from that, I listen not only with my ears and mind, but also with my entire body. I also know how to channel and tap into universal wisdom. I am also very open and whenever possible I share my own experiences to give you an example of the wisdom, insight, perspective or teaching I give you.

Magical Experience
It has been an amazing weekend under the care of Renate and David - and of course the two "spirit guide" cats.
There was a ton of support and great knowledge to guide everyone through their ceremonies.
The location was lovely as well in the peaceful countryside.
The small groups make it very personal and give everyone the opportunity for a lot of sharing and personal interaction.
Renate has been super insightful and with great intuition for what was going on inside me so with all the exchange and advice I have made some great progress.
I can only recommend this.

Truly life changing
I attended a two day Psilohuasca retreat. I'd been struggling with a lot of problems in my physical and mental health, and it made sense to me - after years of talk therapy - that I could not logic my way out of my problems.
My first ceremony of the retreat dredged up a lot of old problems and I found myself frustrated to be going over old ground again. We discussed our first day's journey the following morning and I expressed doubt over whether I should set an intention again to find peace in my mind and body (as had been my intention on the first day), or whether I should focus on letting the past go.
Renate then gave me the best advice I had ever been given - that I cannot let go of the past, and that if the past and its problems were where the medicine was taking me, I should face up to it and let the medicine take me on the journey I needed to go on, even if it wasn't the journey I wanted. And to breathe through the discomfort and go with it.
Very dubious, I followed Renate's advice, and after much initial discomfort and having to sit with and explore some very painful emotions, my journey took me so much deeper than I could have hoped, to a place where - perhaps for the first time in my life - I feel fully embodied and comfortable in my own skin.
In addition to the great guidance, Renate and David (Martijn was away) took great practical care of us, feeding us, looking after us, taking us on walks in the countryside and were great and considerate hosts.

Great experience!
I have gained some previous solo-tripping experiences which were going along downward spiral. This retreat was complete opposite, went upwards, despite there were some challenging moments. It opened me up and made me optimistic! The place has good vibes and I felt comfortable and safe thanks to Renate, Felix and and other trip-sitting cat whose name I forgot :-) Thank you, guys!

Best experience I could’ve wished for
I’ve been curious but hesitant to try this kind of retreat for a long time. I had such a great experience from booking, to the journey itself and afterwards also. I have just had my first psychedelic experience with Martijn, Renate and Felix (the cat) as guides.
I received a lot of healing from the plant medicine and it came in the most beautiful way. Words cannot describe what I've seen and experienced.
Martijn and Renate are experienced guides, very knowledgeable and caring. They took very good care of me and my retreat buddy. I felt safe with them which was the most important thing for me.
