Individual Preliminary Talk: Before your arrival, we conduct a detailed conversation via phone or video call to clarify your intentions, expectations, and any concerns. This helps us understand your needs and optimally tailor the experience to you.
Preparation Phase: You will receive detailed instructions and recommendations for mental and physical preparation for the psilocybin session. This includes breathing exercises, meditation practices, and a tailored diet to help you achieve the best possible state for the experience.

Welcome Conversation: Upon your arrival in Tenerife, you will be warmly welcomed. We conduct a personal conversation to ensure you feel comfortable and ready for the upcoming experience.
Getting to Know the Environment: You will have time to explore the surroundings and relax. Our retreat location is carefully selected to provide a calming and nature-close atmosphere that prepares you for your inner journey.

Tuning and Meditation: On the day of the session, we begin with a joint meditation and breathing exercises to calm your mind and focus your intention.

Introduction to the Session: Our experienced team explains the exact procedure of the session and answers all your questions to ensure you feel safe and prepared.

Psilocybin Experience: The psilocybin session takes place in a comfortable, safe room, accompanied by soothing music and guided meditations. Our team is present at all times to support you and ensure you feel comfortable. Duration approx. 4 hours.

Debriefing: After the experience, we take time for a thorough debriefing. You have the opportunity to share your experiences and process initial impressions.
