About this Retreat
Kylie Larson, RYT began practicing yoga eight years ago in an effort to give back to her body for all the work it had done for her in previous athletic endeavors. Somewhere along the line she began to see the benefits of practicing yoga far surpassed the physical and helped to deal with the day to day stress that life throws at you. It soon became a passion of hers. Kylie completed the Green Mountain School of Yoga's 200+ hour training and she is now a registered yoga teacher. Her teaching style is upbeat and energetic, sprinkled with bits of yoga philosophy. She likes her students to have fun during class and get a workout, but also wants them to realize it's not just about the asana.
Jess is a 500hr+ yoga teacher based in Australia. Her classes are known for being playful, strong and empowering. Jess loves to help students tap into their power and strength. After finishing one of Jess's classes you will feel energised, inspired and maybe a little sore the next day. Apart from yoga, Jess loves to be outside with her dog exploring the best hikes and beaches and then winding down with a glass of wine!

Our retreat will be held at a newly rennovated luxury boutique resort situated at the best end of the stunning Bophut Beach, on the northern coast of Koh Samui. Beautifully nestled between 90 yards of ivory sands and a spectacular coconut grove, this tropical paradise is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to forget everyday worries and enjoy the getaway of a lifetime!
In addition to the many adventures offered on this picturesque island, you will also have an opportunity to let your body and soul be reenergized and rejuvenated through masterfully led yoga classes and at the resort's idyllic spa; an authentic sanctuary of tranquillity that includes ancient treatments and the finest massage therapies. For those that simply cannot pry themselves away from the pristine shoreline, the resort even offers massages at the Beach Sala.

Directions
Koh Samui Airport is the nearest airport. The quickest way to get there is to fly to Bangkok then get a connecting flight.
It's also possible to take a boat from Don Sak or Surat Thani on the mainland (1-2 / 2-4 hours respectively); and from the neighbouring islands of Koh Phangan or Koh Tao (1-2 / 2-4 hours respectively).

Accommodation
The 26 suites and villas feature modern decor, enormous king-sized beds, high ceilings and large living spaces. Some rooms offer a large outdoor terrace while others have their own private pool. All are equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and an open-air bathroom with a rainshower.
