About this Retreat
Matteo Pistono, writer and teacher of meditation and conscious breathing, embarked on his spiritual journey over 30 years ago while living in Nepal and Tibet. Matteo holds a Masters degree in Indian Philosophy from the University of London. Informed by his study of Buddhism, Vedanta, and Hatha Yoga, extensive periods of solitary meditation, and pilgrimages across sacred Himalayan landscapes, Matteo offers an engaged approach to ancient wisdom traditions. Michelle Anise is a healing arts practitioner, musician, and sound healer. Her offerings provide a transformational space for personal growth and spiritual connection with an intuitive and creative twist.
