Here’s a typical day at our Portugal bootcamp:
Morning:
7:30 AM: Outdoor exercise session in the scenic surroundings, such as hiking, jogging
8:30 AM: Energizing breakfast to fuel your day
9 AM: Interactive workshop or seminar on topics like nutrition, mindset, or goal setting
10:00 AM – 12.45PM: Variety of fitness sessions
Midday:
1:00 PM: Delicious and nutritious lunch to replenish your energy
Afternoon:
1.30 PM: Relaxation time to unwind by the pool, enjoy a massage, or take a leisurely walk
5:00 PM – 6:00pm: Afternoon fitness session with a focus on strength training, yoga, or Pilates
Evening:
7:00 PM: Healthy and satisfying dinner prepared with fresh, local ingredients
